The effect of Rizal Law is that the law made the high school and college students at an early age, to be knowledgeable about Rizal’s principles, ideals, attitude, and heroism. It also served as an inspiration to many filipinos. The law strengthens the students’ principle regarding nationalism, patriotism, and knowledge regarding the importance of freedom to every human being.
Yes, it is successfully implemented on schools, because I haven’t heard any news of schools, (private or public) who hasn’t adopted the republic act 1425 known as Rizal Law to their curriculum.
I want to add law that teaches basic knowledge on Rizal’s ideals and contribution to students with levels as early as pre-school because it is easier to instill Rizal’s ideals to the minds of young kids. I noticed to other high school and college students including myself that studying Jose Rizal is boring. Maybe because I don’t have enough foundation on Rizal’s ideals when I was a kid so it is hard to convince myself to study Rizal.
